Entole Upgrades its Identity Provider (IdP) to Improve Enterprise-Grade Security and Connectivity for Clients

One of the challenges we often face with Entole is how do we make it easy for a family office or partner to integrate their login and security controls with Entole. In the past, this was done as one-offs and handled manually.

Family and Financial information requires a disciplined approach to security. Entole has always focused on the family and in so doing has always made security of family data a top priority. The infrastructure upon which the Entole Family Command Center is built is of the highest standards and of the latest technology. It starts with secure coding and configuration management protocols. Multi-factor authentication for access is in place and other vital cybersecurity standards are adhered to.

In our initial pilot, Entole asked wealth owners an important question about wealth education: “Can I use Entole to educate my children about my wealth journey?” We discovered that this question led to a common underlying concern amongst our clients, are my family members prepared to succeed me if necessary (generally the “What if I were struck by a bus?” inquiry).

Entole continues their mission to serve as the Family Office Command Center, a hub from which all family business professional and personal can be executed. Entole’s latest connection with Addepar continues to enable increased Family Office efficiency.

From the onset the Entole team felt communication should be a cornerstone of the Family Command Center feature set. Thus, it was imperative that a chat feature was implemented to facilitate quick and easy connections. Complimenting this feature was a mobile application developed for both iOS and Android platforms. There needs to be an app for everything.

Entole Completes Connection with QuickBooks

Entole completed a connection to QuickBooks as part of its V2.0 release. This connection furthers Entole’s vision of providing seamless experiences for wealth owners and family offices, through collaboration with key products used in the financial services industry.
