Entole Upgrades its Identity Provider (IdP) to Improve Enterprise-Grade Security and Connectivity for Clients
One of the challenges we often face with Entole is how do we make it easy for a family office or partner to integrate their login and security controls with Entole. In the past, this was done as one-offs and handled manually.
As new clients continue to expect more streamlined experiences with easier set-up to facilitate their improving security postures, we decided that we needed to lean into our key product value of Interoperability. We created a deployment methodology for both cloud and on-premise options to leverage the industry-leader Auth0. Auth0 will help us provide our clients with enterprise-grade security, easier connectivity, and better enterprise connectivity.
With this new solution, Entole can:
Securely authenticate and authorize users across all of our applications and your internal infrastructure. Auth0's powerful identity platform provides a single sign-on (SSO) solution that makes it easy for users to access all of our applications with a single set of credentials - be it Azure, Office365, Google Workspace, Okta, or any other leading SSO standard. We also get increased configuration options and support of other security features, such as biometric multi-factor authentication (MFA) and improved risk-based authentication, to help us protect our clients' data.
Simplify the development and deployment of new applications. Auth0's API-based platform makes it easy for our implementation partners, client technical teams, and ourselves to integrate our applications to other applications.
Improve the user experience for our clients. Using this single sign-on solution makes it easy for users to access all of our applications with a single set of credentials. Additionally, we now offers a variety of features to improve the user experience, such as passwordless authentication. This allows people who periodically access the system to not have to remember unique passwords.
