Christopher Saddock Joins Entole as CLO

Mr. Saddock has joined the Entole team as CLO (Chief Legal Officer).

After seeing the value proposition that Entole offers the individuals and families he works with, both big and small, he decided to bring his business experience, strategic relationships, and subject matter expertise.

Mr. Saddock is a seasoned tax lawyer and family office executive. He is a partner at Saddock & Company where he run’s the firm’s business and tax planning arm for families whose net wealth ranges from $20 million to over $1 billion.

Mr. Saddock graduated from Georgetown Law with and Ll.M. in international tax after serving as an accountant for 5 years. He began his legal practice at the International Monetary Fund, then served as a Vice President at Bessemer Trust serving as a family office and trust advisor. In 2014 he moved New York to practice as a tax lawyer for a boutique high-net worth international family office and tax firm and most recently served as a lead partner for McDermott Will & Emory’s Private Client group in the firm’s London office.

Mr. Saddock is a member of the Texas and New York Bars, is a member of the Tax Groups in each, is a member of Wealth Counsel, and is recognized as a superlawyer.

Mr. Saddock has extensive experience forming businesses, monitoring investments, and overseeing closely-held businesses. He also practices business and individual tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and closely held corporations and partnerships. He has an extensive history of serving private clients as a tax and business adviser by preparing and implementing complex business and holding structures, as well as maximizing tax efficiencies and ensuring compliance.
